Aura Villas booking terms and policies

These terms explain the booking, payment, occupancy, cancellation and property-use rules. Submitting a booking means that the guest has read and accepted them.

Booking and confirmation

A website booking remains a request until Aura or the authorized property owner confirms it. Availability and booking type are calculated from the exact check-in and check-out dates and times selected by the guest.

Fixed booking periods

Check-in can be 10:00 AM or 10:00 PM. Check-out can be 9:00 AM or 9:00 PM. The selected dates and times are resolved into Day Use, Night Use and Overnight units without double charging.

Pricing and deposit

The live price comes from the selected property's configured rates, booking units, dates, eligible offer and declared guest count. Extra-guest charges and valid discounts are itemized. Any refundable security deposit is shown separately and is not added to the amount due for the stay.

The payable booking total and the refundable security deposit are displayed separately. A booking is not considered paid until the payment is recorded and verified through an authorized Aura process.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the property policy, the time remaining before arrival and any non-refundable special-date conditions. Aura must confirm any refund in writing.

Guest responsibilities

The guest is responsible for declaring the full party size and paying any configured extra-guest charge, while following property instructions, neighbour rights, safety rules and event restrictions. Undeclared guests or prohibited use may result in cancellation.

Privacy and records

Booking and account data is used to manage reservations, communicate with the guest, process permitted payments and maintain operational records. Access is limited according to user permissions.
